Dr. Charlene Surrency is the founder of Surrency Common Ground Consulting & Conflict Resolution, LLC, where she brings a powerful blend of academic expertise and real-world experience to the practice of conflict resolution and relational transformation. She holds a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) with a focus on mediation and conflict, as well as an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business.

With over sixteen years of experience within federal organizational environments, Dr. Surrency integrates psychological insight with strategic management to address complex interpersonal and systemic challenges.
